THE CHEF
Chef Adam Allison has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and currently owns Brightside Burgers and Brightside Catering.
He is also a Food Network Chopped Champion, has owned several successful food trucks, has cooked at The Masters, multiple Super Bowls with Guy Fieri and Aaron May, and is a private Chef to Celebrities and Professional Athletes.
Chef Adam's passion for all things culinary is rivaled only by his focus on enriching his community. His charity work providing lunches for local children during the pandemic was recognized by Phoenix Magazine. He continues his work to feed underprivileged children and at risk youth, and he is currently spearheading several philanthropic fundraising events in the fight against cancer.
Chef Allison focuses on locally sourced ingredients prepared with his signature fusion of traditional southern and southwestern flavors, but has a comprehensive culinary skill set allowing him to create a wide range of custom menus.
THE SOUS
Chef JP Emmanuelli has passion for culinary exploration, he has spent the last fifteen years navigating the vibrant world of the service industry. His journey began when he was twenty, taking on his first kitchen role, and since then, he’s had the privilege of working in some of the most renowned restaurants.
Born out of a love for food and culture, JP’s culinary path has been guided by a fascination with the anthropology of cuisine, and a belief that food is more than just sustenance. That it's a gateway to understanding the traditions, values, and histories of different societies.
Throughout his career, he’s had the opportunity to work with diverse ingredients, techniques, and cuisines, from the spicy kick of Korean kimchi to the rich flavors of Indian curries. Each dish tells a story, and his passion lies in sharing those stories with others through his cooking.
As a chef, he’s committed to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to craft menus that are both innovative and authentic. JP’s goal is to create dining experiences that not only delight the palate but also inspire a deeper appreciation for the culinary traditions that shape our world.
THE BAKER
Frances Allison is a talented pastry chef with a lifelong passion for Italian desserts, sparked in her childhood. Hailing from Parker, Arizona, she honed her skills over several years, crafting delicious confections for a local food truck. Among her diverse specialties, Frances particularly cherishes creating Italian-style cheesecakes, which stand out as her favored culinary delight
THE MIXOLOGIST
Brandon has been working in the hospitality industry for 22 years. Beginning with his first job at Top of The Rock at The Buttes, he has held every position in the front of the house from Host to General Manager.
He Fell in love with creating cocktails and drinks at Citizen Public House and stayed on there to become the Corporate Beverage Director for the In Good Spirits Restaurant Group. After 3 years, he left to open up his own vision in Chandler with The Crust Restaurant Group. As the Founder of The Ostrich he created the first craft cocktail lounge in the East Valley. Purchasing his first Restaurant in 2016, The Woodshed, he has continued to innovate the neighborhood lounge concept as well. He has travelled the world utilizing his Anthropology degree to embrace local food and beverage cultures. By learning traditions and production methods from around the world he became the Brand Ambassador for Pisco Porton which allowed him to create diverse menus for accounts all over the Phoenix area.
Brandon has participated in, won and judged international, national and local cocktail competitions. His proudest achievement is being chosen to participate in the Smithsonian Institutions Raise a Glass Program. Celebrating the 200th anniversary of Francis Scott Key writing the Star Spangled Banner with a cocktail allowed Brandon to utilize his classical training, world experience, beverage knowledge and overall enthusiasm for the craft of the cocktail on a national level. with vendors, managing budgets, creating timelines, and overseeing all the logistics to ensure a memorable experience for clients and guests.
THE SPECIALIST
Angela Zibert has been in the service industry for over 20 years and is currently the Event Coordinator for Brightside Catering. She is responsible for designing and executing events by managing all aspects of the planning process including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, creating timelines, and overseeing all the logistics to ensure a memorable experience for clients and guests.
